Terms of guarantee:

All MELIKE office chairs have a 5-year warranty guarantee, starting from the date of delivery to the receiver. The guarantee applies to all defects occurred due to the fault of the manufacturer and usage of

improper materials.

The guarantee is not applicable to damages caused by rough transshipment, improper installation and other human damage.

How to act if there is quality problem:

If it’s the quality problem belong to Melike responsibility, we promise

that we will reply to customer within 2 working days and will provide replacements for free within one month.

If the problems are caused by the customer or some other reasons beyond our guarantee, we promise

to support maintenance service. However, we have to charge customer the

cost of raw material, the extra fittings and some other extra charges.
